What made you decide to get involved in OFH?
The opportunity to get a headstart in today’s property market.
What are you the most excited about?
I’m excited about the entire experience and sharing it with my family. Probably most excited about the possibility of winning $10,000!
What are you most nervous about?
Biting off more than we can chew and the possibility that we may not complete everything.

The best thing about my teammates is that they are my family and partner and I love them! We all have our strengths and weaknesses and will combine to be awesome.
What is the most annoying thing about your teammates?
Mum is very organised but still manages to make us late for things. Dad can be quite impatient. Robyn thinks she is always right!
Who in your family do you think is going to find this challenge the hardest and why?
I think Robyn may find this challenge the hardest mainly because she has the least experience of our group. But also she isn’t as confident as me telling my parents what’s what – because she is new to the family.
What is the most ambitious piece of DIY you have ever done?
When I was a fresh apprentice I built a large deck with my mate for his mother. It was quite overwhelming and a big learning curve!
Describe your DIY style?
I am a bit of a perfectionist, even more so when the work is for myself.
What do you think is your secret weapon in this competition?
My experience working for an award winning high end residential construction company.
Do you have any DIY nightmare memories from your childhoods?
When I was helping Dad re-roof our roof at home (age 13) I was trying to pull an old nail out, slipped, and smashed dad in the forehead with the hammer!
Every parent makes sacrifices for their children, what’s one yours have made for you?
Countless years waking up early on Saturdays to get me to league games and just generally putting my needs before their own.

With my building experience I think I will excel in the construction side of things.
Which task(s) of the renovation are you most worried about?
