The Roughan family showed just how to make the most of a tiny space with their winning design!

Building a 'funky' (thanks Pat) tool shed they have designed a functional area in this workshop - a room to build projects, make a mess and to get creative.

Small space expert Bryce Langston loved the dark chocolate wood effect on the exterior but noticed the finish did look slightly rushed.

He did complement the Roughans for their handmade benchtop which incuded additional storage space - a clever use of the small space.

The Roughans now have a hand up with a $15,000 prize towards their home!
